Oak doors and Douglas Fir flooring providing a warmth to the ground floor complimenting the monochrome kitchen. Dining Room and Sitting Room open off the Kitchen with direct access to the garden. Frameless lantern light drops light on the dining table and provides sky views fringed with the sedum roof above A Box Bay Window off the Family Room provides a private reading space. The stair spills out into the hall, the clean lines being continued with a glass balustrade. The simple modern theme is continued throughout the first floor.
